Being a busy full time working mother, what I needed was a committed trainer who was able to motivate and help me stay on track in achieving my fitness goals for the long term. During the first 3 months with Edison, he monitored my food intake like a hawk even when he was away on holiday. This has eventually helped me developed a habit of mindful eating and I now make smarter food choices. Each training session felt like there was some thought behind in doing what will work for me instead of going through a typical programme. Although I have cut down on my personal training to once a week with Edison compared to twice a week with my previous trainer, the results I had achieved with him was far better than what I had achieved previously in terms of weight/fat loss and overall, I felt an increase in my energy level.
